VIDEO: Challenges and Strategies for Anti-Violence Movements

In 2015, BCRW Activist Fellow Dean Spade and BCRW Creative Director Hope Dector produced a video series on historical challenges and strategies for anti-violence movementsbased on interviews conducted at the 2013 Queer Dreams and Nonprofit Blues Conference, co-sponsored by BCRW and the Engaging Tradition Project at the Center for Gender and Sexuality Law at Columbia Law School. These videos include interviews with Angélica Cházaro, Shira Hassan, Soniya Munshi, Andrea Ritchie, Andrea Smith, and Dean Spade. Watch the videos below.
