Her books of poetry include <em>Glass, Irony and God<\/em>; <em>Plainwater<\/em>; <em>Autobiography of Red<\/em>; <em>The Beauty of the Husband<\/em>, winner of the T.S. Eliot Prize for Poetry in 2001; and <em>NOX<\/em>. She is also the author of the studies <em>Eros the Bittersweet<\/em> and <em>Economy of the Unlost<\/em>. Her classical translations include <em>If Not, Winter: Fragments of Sappho and the recent Antigonick<\/em>. <\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/literature.britishcouncil.org\/alice-oswald\" title=\"link to Alice Oswald's bio\" target=\"_blank\">Alice Oswald<\/a><\/strong> is the author of <em>The Thing in the Gap-Stone Stile<\/em>; <em>Dart<\/em>, winner of the T. S. Eliot Prize for Poetry in 2002; <em>Woods Etc.<\/em>; <em>Weeds and Flowers<\/em>; and <em>A Sleepwalk on the Severn<\/em>, a poem for several voices.
