Tourmaline: Making a Way Out of No Way

Tourmaline delivers the keynote address at The Scholar & Feminist Conference 41: Sustainabilities. In her keynote, entitled “Making a Way Out of No Way,” Gossett discusses the uses of art, representation, and other creative strategies that trans and gender nonconforming people are using while living and loving under the shadow of heightened violence.

Tourmaline is an artist, writer, and activist and an Activist Fellow at the Barnard Center for Research on Women.
